Westfund Health Insurance is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to lead HR operations for around 240 people across NSW and Queensland. You will oversee employee relations, industrial relations, contracts, payroll and recruitment, reporting to the Chief People Officer and leading a five-member team.
This is a practical, leadership role requiring sound advice, robust processes and proactive partnership with leaders and employees. Hybrid work with travel to regional sites is expected.
