Concrite in Moss Vale is seeking a hands-on Plant Supervisor to lead operations at our local concrete plant. In this role you will oversee day-to-day decision making, delegate tasks, enforce safety rules, and coordinate closely with drivers, yard staff and the dispatch team to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has experience supervising teams in the concrete industry, robust computer skills with batching experience, and licences such as FEL and forklift.
