Trax is hiring a Product Specialist to join our growing team in the Sydney, Australia region. You’ll learn our products, assist in documentation, conduct training, resolve technical problems and deliver excellent customer service.

You’ll work closely with programming, QA, Technical Writing & IT to bridge between airline customers and software development. The role requires aviation domain knowledge, robust communication skills, and the ability to manage customer projects.
