WesTrac's Perth Branch is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead the Component Repairs and Heavy Construction Repairs & Rebuilds workshops. You will guide skilled trades, drive safety culture and workshop performance on Caterpillar equipment, with a Monday–Friday roster ensuring you are home each night.

You will develop teams, manage workloads, and champion continuous improvement across safety, quality and productivity in a high‑stakes, industrial setting.
