The role

You'll take ownershipofaccounting and financial reporting for a mixed property portfolio spanningcommercial, retail and industrial assets. From monthly reporting and leaseaccounting through to budgets, tenant outgoings and property performance, you'llbe the go to person for the financial health of the portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing month end close,including accruals and variance commentary
- Preparing annual property budgets
- Preparing annual tenant outgoingsestimates and completing year end outgoings reconciliations
- Reviewing tenant recoveries andensuring costs are appropriately allocated
- Assisting with audits andcompliance requirements




- Providing analysis and commentaryon property performance
- Contributing to improvementsacross systems, reporting and finance processes

About you

- Experience in commercial realestate, property management, lease administration, property accounting or arelated environment
- Confidence interpreting leases andunderstanding their accounting implications
- A solid understanding of realestate trust accounting compliance
- Experience with Cirrus8 and Visionwill be highly regarded
