Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team in North Sydney, New South Wales. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the retail store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff training and development.

Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of the retail store operation to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor sales performance against targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Develop strategies to increase sales revenue through effective merchandising techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained at all times.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations in the store.

Qualifications

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field would be an added advantage.

Please include salary range between $80K-$150K depending on experience level.

About the Role:

As our Store Manager, your role involves overseeing our Lindt Chocolate Shop which retails an extensive range of Lindt Chocolates and has a delicious takeaway offering of Lindt hot and cold chocolate drinks, coffee, and ice cream.

Lead the store's performance, fostering a supportive team setting, achieve sales and manage expenses to deliver profitability, guiding and coaching our ambassadors to deliver on brand expectations, and managing day-to-day operations. This includes multitasking between customers, inventory management, food safety compliance, visual merchandising, preparing takeaway drinks and ice cream all with an exceptional customer centric approach.
