Seeking multiple qualified carpenters to lead our on-site construction teams across high-end residential projects. You’ll play a critical leadership role in delivering safe, efficient, and high-end builds from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

- Deliver high-end residential construction.
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
- Ensure all works are delivered on time, to budget, and of the highest quality.
- Manage sub-contractors and site personnel.
- Uphold and enforce health and safety standards that meet regulations.

What You’ll Need:

- Be a qualified carpenter with a Cert III in Carpentry.
- You own your own tools and transport.
- Strong leadership,



communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of construction processes, upholding OHS standards, and hold a White Card.
- Based in City of Port Phillip
