/n This is an opportunity to play a key role in driving the successful delivery of high-quality residential projects. You will be responsible for managing project schedules, coordinating with key stakeholders, and ensuring construction timelines are achieved efficiently and effectively./n

/n

/n• Manage project schedules and timelines for single & double storey homes/n

/n• Coordinate procurement, materials, and purchasing requirements/n

/n• Liaise with Site Supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors/n

/n• Monitor progress and proactively resolve scheduling challenges/n

/n• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency/n





/n• Keep stakeholders updated throughout the build journey/n

/n

About You

/n

/n• Residential construction scheduling experience (WA experience ideal, Eastern States considered)/n

/n• Experience across project homes, modular, single or double-storey builds/n

/n• Strong understanding of construction timelines, procurement, and building processes/n

/n• Excellent communication skills with a proactive and organised approach/n

/n• Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders/n

/n
