At Cater Care, we proudly operate the Red Rooster outlet at Brisbane Domestic Airport. We’re looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager who loves leading people, delivering outstanding customer experiences and making every day count.

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager right now!

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead the team and take ownership of restaurant performance, ensuring great food, outstanding service and high standards of quality and safety. You’ll drive sales, manage costs, develop your crew and create a positive culture where everyone can thrive.

Skills And Experiences

Do you have what it takes to lead our crew?





You’ll have proven hospitality management experience, strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, understand the importance of commercial performance and be passionate about delivering great customer experiences.

Availability to work a Monday–Sunday variable roster and a current driver’s licence are required. Knowledge of employee relations and applicable employment awards will be highly regarded.
