WE’RE HIRING EXPERIENCED FLOOR STAFF (Part time)

We’re looking for experienced floor staff who are confident engaging with customers, passionate about food and wine, and motivated to deliver outstanding service while helping our restaurant grow.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Excellent Customer Communication – Friendly, confident and engaging, with the ability to build rapport with guests and create memorable dining experiences.
- Strong Food & Wine Knowledge – Able to confidently explain menu items, ingredients, wines and pairings, and make suitable recommendations.
- Sales & Service Skills – Understand how to increase sales through thoughtful recommendations, upselling and genuine hospitality, while maintaining high service standards.
- Teamwork & Respect – A positive team player who communicates well, supports colleagues and treats everyone with respect.




- Independent & Responsible – Capable of completing opening and closing duties independently and maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented restaurant.
- Professional & Proactive – Reliable, well-presented, attentive to detail and able to take initiative in a busy service environment.
