The successful applicant will be experienced in tropical plants, plant propagation, retail operations and have a valuable work ethic in a vibrant, fast paced, creative environment.

Candidates must demonstrate intermediate level tropical plant knowledge and expertise.

Nursery production-level plant propagation experience is desirable for this position.

Position is up to 5 days a week and involves weekend work.

We're seeking a long-term team member, as we value the knowledge, skills, and experience you can bring to our garden-loving community.

Cert 3 in Horticulture or similar is desirable. 6-12 months retail experience desirable.
