Job Title: Retail Manager (General)

Duties and Responsibilities

- Determine the appropriate product mix based on customer demand, market trends, and sales performance, while maintaining suitable stock levels and ensuring required service standards are met.
- Plan and implement marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to promote the establishment’s products and services and increase sales.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inventory movements, sales, and financial transactions to ensure effective retail operations.
- Sell goods and services to customers by providing product information, advice, and guidance to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Formulate and implement purchasing, merchandising, and marketing policies,



including determining appropriate product pricing in accordance with company policies and market conditions.
- Prepare and manage store budgets, monitor operating expenditure against allocated budgets, review financial performance, and implement corrective measures where necessary.
- Ensure the establishment complies with applicable occupational health and safety regulations, workplace requirements, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Manage the training, supervision, and performance evaluation of staff to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of business objectives.
