About the role

As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, leading staff, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.

Key responsibilities

- Manage daily retail store operations and ensure smooth business performance
- Lead, supervise, and support retail team to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards
- Monitor inventory levels, stock control, and ordering processes
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints,



and service issues professionally
- Implement and maintain store policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Prepare staff rosters and manage team scheduling
- Analyse sales performance and assist in developing strategies to improve profitability
- Ensure the store presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently maintained
- Train and onboard new employees and support ongoing staff development
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative documentation

About you

- Previous experience in retail management or a similar leadership role
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Confident using point-of-sale and inventory systems
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- IT competency
- Ability to manage staff performance and operational efficiency
