The Trustee for MaryBrew Unit Trust About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, purchasing, pricing, marketing, sales, financial administration, and staff supervision to ensure efficient business operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities Determine product ranges, stock levels, and service standards in line with customer demand and business objectives. Develop and implement purchasing, pricing, and marketing policies to improve sales and business performance. Plan and coordinate promotional activities and advertising campaigns for the business's products and services.

Oversee sales operations, assist customers with product selection, and provide advice on product features and usage. Monitor inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and oversee financial transaction records. Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenditure, and review the financial performance of the business.

Oversee staff recruitment, selection, training, supervision, and performance management. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements and applicable workplace regulations.

Qualifications and Experience Relevant qualifications in Retail Management, Business Management, or a related field will be highly regarded. Demonstrated experience of 1-2 Years in retail management or a similar role. Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, pricing, merchandising, and retail sales operations.





Experience in budgeting, financial recordkeeping, and staff supervision. Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage daily operations and maintain high standards of customer service.
