responsibilities Determine product mix, inventory levels, merchandising standards, and customer service procedures to meet business objectives. Develop and implement purchasing strategies and coordinate stock ordering with suppliers to ensure product availability. Assist in planning and implementing promotional, marketing, and sales initiatives to increase revenue and customer engagement.

Monitor pricing strategies and ensure accurate pricing and product presentation throughout the store. Supervise retail operations, including customer service activities and resolution of customer enquiries and complaints. Maintain records relating to stock control, sales performance, financial transactions, and operational activities.

Assist with budgeting, cost control, and monitoring store profitability and operational expenditure. Recruit, train, roster, supervise,



and evaluate retail staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service. Monitor compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety, and operational policies and procedures.

Coordinate daily store activities to ensure effective operation of all supermarket departments. Qualification &

experience Diploma or higher qualification in business management, retail management or relavent feild. Minimum 1 year previous experience managing supermarket, grocery, or retail operations. Strong inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service skills. Ability to analyse sales performance and contribute to business growth. Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
