We are looking for a hands-on Retail Merchandising Coordinator who enjoys making things happen. Working alongside our Senior Retail Merchandising Specialist, you’ll coordinate the people, materials and timelines behind engaging in-store experiences across Australia and New Zealand.

What you’ll be doing:

- Bring retail merchandising projects to life by coordinating briefs, quotes, production, delivery and installation.

- Help create a standout in-store presence by organising point-of-sale materials, displays and signage for campaigns and product launches.

- Keep suppliers, installers, retailers and internal teams connected, with clear timelines and timely follow-up.

- Track the moving parts, including project schedules, quotations, purchase orders, invoices and rollout progress.

- Visit retail stores when required to check display presentation, identify issues and coordinate practical improvements.

- Share retailer feedback, market observations and project updates to support the wider Sales and Marketing teams.

About You:

- HSC and at least two years’ relevant experience in retail merchandising, marketing coordination or a related field.

- Experience coordinating merchandising projects, retail marketing activity or similar work involving multiple stakeholders.

- An eye for retail presentation and an understanding of point-of-sale materials,



displays and in-store execution.

- Confidence communicating with suppliers, retailers and internal teams and keeping deadlines on track.

- Robust organisational skills, attention to detail and a practical approach to solving problems.

- Good Microsoft Office skills and the ability to maintain accurate project and expenditure records.
