MacKillop Family Services Pty invites applications for the House Manager Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) in Blacktown, NSW. You will lead the ITC Therapeutic Youth Work team, supervise staff, and collaborate with the Therapeutic Specialist and caseworkers to deliver high-quality trauma-informed care for vulnerable young people.

This permanent full time role reports to the ITC Coordinator and supports healing from trauma while promoting development and safety within a therapeutic environment.
