The Constructive Collective is seeking a senior geotechnical engineer to lead investigations, interpret subsurface data and provide design guidance for footings, slopes and drainage across greater Sydney and regional NSW.

You will supervise drilling, review junior staff work and build solid relationships with builders, developers and councils while advancing toward an Associate level as the team grows.
