APAC FM is recruiting an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join one of Australia’s leading multi-disciplinary HVAC businesses in Brisbane.

This is a outstanding opportunity for a technician who wants strong commercial HVAC exposure, excellent support in the field and, importantly, a workplace where team culture is genuinely prioritised.

Day-to-day responsibilities

- Service, maintenance, repairs and upgrades across a variety of commercial HVAC systems

- Attend breakdowns and diagnose faults

- Quote repairs, replacements and system upgrades

- Electrical fault finding and rectification

- Participate in an on-call roster

- Complete detailed service reports and documentation

- Maintain high safety and compliance standards

- Communicate with clients and provide practical technical solutions

Experience across refrigeration and/or Building Management Systems (BMS) would be highly regarded.

What you'll need

- A genuinely positive attitude and willingness to be part of a collaborative team

- Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

- Refrigerant Handling Licence

- Restricted Electrical Licence

- Relevant QBCC licence

- Current Australian driver's licence

- Ability to complete required medical and police checks

- Strong fault-finding and service experience
