Join our well established conveyancing office in the heart of Castle Hill, NSW. With a 28-year legacy, our office thrives on a high-volume workload, catering to a diverse range of property transactions including residential, rural, commercial, retirement villages, motels, and businesses. We are on the lookout for a licensed conveyancer who is passionate about delivering comprehensive support to clients, agents, and brokers, ensuring a smooth transaction process from inception to completion.

In this role, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, including client interaction, transaction advisory, file management, and more. Your daily tasks will include:

Handling phone inquiries and providing warm client reception.

Offering expert advice to clients throughout their property journey.

Efficiently managing files all the way from start to finish. Opening files through to settlement and including preparation of sales contracts.

Assuming responsibility for settlements and participating in office management activities, particularly during the principal's absence.

This is a full time role in our office in Castle Hill and is not available as a work from home position.

The position is available for immediate commencement or at the earliest convenience.

Candidate Requirements:

Solid experience in NSW residential conveyancing with min 3 years practical experience in conveyancing

Knowledge and some experience of PEXA

Understanding of AML requirements

Takes ownership of their matters, and follows through on deadlines

Has a genuine interest and love of property and providing quality legal service.

Remuneration:

Starting at $75,000 + Super, dependant on experience.
