Revel Saunas on the Gold Coast is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our wellness-focused team in Arundel. This full time, office-based role reports to the Customer Experience Manager and centers on delivering outstanding service and memorable customer interactions.

You will support customers by phone and email, champion the Revel brand, troubleshoot product questions, and collaborate with Sales, Operations and Logistics to ensure a seamless end-to-end journey.
