You'll take inbound enquiries from travel advisors from around the globe and look after each one from first call to final document. Your focus will be premium and luxury itineraries: boutique lodges, five-star hotels, private touring, exclusive experiences and the small touches that make a trip special.

- Take inbound enquiries from travel advisors from around the globe
- Look after each enquiry from first call to final document
- Design premium and luxury itineraries
- Build strong relationships with advisors
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team

About you

- Proven experience selling New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands (essential)
- Experience with premium, luxury or tailor-made travel (highly regarded)
- Strong knowledge of high-end accommodation, lodges and experiences
- Excellent communication skills, and a polished phone manner for inbound enquiries
- Robust attention to detail




- Sabre and airfare knowledge (preferred)
- Inbound call-centre or reservations experience (preferred)
- The ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday
- At least 2 years of travel industry experience
- Tuesday to Saturday roster, with Sunday and Monday off
