Leasing Assistant / Assistant Property Manager – Brisbane, QLD

Nexus Recruitment is currently recruiting a motivated, organised and reliable Leasing Assistant / Assistant Property Manager to join a busy and supportive real estate team in Brisbane!

Salary: $55,000–$70,000 per year (depending on experience)

Perks: Company vehicle + mobile phone

Working Days: Monday to Thursday + Saturday

Days Off: Friday and Sunday

Employment: Full-time

Eligibility: Australian citizens and permanent residents onl y

Location: Brisbane, QLD

About the Role

This is a hands‑on position, ideal for someone who enjoys being out of the office, meeting people and working in the property industry.

Main Responsibilities

- Conduct open homes and private property inspections
- Coordinate leasing enquiries, bookings and follow‑ups
- Complete routine inspections and property condition reports
- Prepare entry and exit condition reports
- Communicate with tenants,



landlords and contractors
- Support Property Managers with daily operations

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in leasing or property management preferred
- Experience with PropertyMe, IRI and Inspection Express is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage appointments
- Current driver’s licence
- Queensland real estate registration or eligibility to obtain it
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
