About Us

KClean Cleaning & Supplies is a growing Australian-owned business specialising in commercial cleaning products, hygiene supplies, toilet paper, paper products and wholesale distribution.

We supply a wide range of businesses, including commercial cleaning companies, shopping centres, hotels, schools, aged care facilities, offices and other commercial clients.

As we continue expanding our retail, wholesale and online operations, we are looking for an energetic, motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team.

About the Role

We are seeking a Retail Sales & Business Development Manager who can take ownership of our retail and wholesale sales growth while supporting the daily operations of our business.

This is not a traditional retail management role.

We are looking for someone who enjoys getting out of the office, meeting customers, generating sales, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will also be confident using technology, managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon, processing orders and coordinating deliveries.

The position offers a balanced working structure combining sales, business development, customer service, e-commerce and deliveries.

Your Weekly Responsibilities

3 Days – Sales & Business Development

- Visit businesses and introduce KClean’s cleaning and hygiene products.
- Identify and secure new wholesale customers.
- Generate leads, prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries.
- Build long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Promote our products to cleaning contractors, hotels, aged care facilities, schools, offices and other businesses.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and repeat business.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
- Work towards achievable sales targets.




- Maintain customer records and provide regular sales updates to management.

2 Days – Deliveries & Customer Management
- Complete scheduled deliveries using the company vehicle.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer orders.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers during deliveries.
- Identify additional sales opportunities while visiting existing customers.
- Assist with picking, packing and preparing orders.
- Coordinate stock availability and delivery schedules.
- Ensure the company vehicle is maintained in a clean and professional condition.

Retail, Shopify & Online Sales The successful candidate will also assist with the growth and management of our retail and online operations.

Responsibilities include

- Managing our Shopify website, including product listings, pricing, stock updates and customer orders.
- Working with Amazon Seller Central and other online marketplaces.
- Processing online and wholesale orders.
- Assisting with digital marketing, social media promotions and product campaigns.
- Maintaining accurate inventory and customer records.
- Responding to online customer enquiries.
- Identifying opportunities to improve online sales and customer experience.
- Supporting the overall daily operation and presentation of our retail store.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements

- Previous experience in sales, retail management, wholesale distribution or business development.
- Proven ability to approach customers, generate leads and close sales.
- Positive knowledge of Shopify and online selling platforms.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or willingness to develop expertise.
- Strong computer and general IT skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Current Australian driver’s licence.
- Confidence driving a company vehicle and completing deliveries.




- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- A positive, reliable and results-driven attitude.
- Willingness to be hands-on and assist wherever required.

Highly Regarded
- Experience in B2B sales or wholesale account management.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, hygiene supplies or commercial consumables.
- Experience with CRM systems, inventory management and online marketplaces.
- Experience creating social media content or online product promotions.
- Existing relationships with commercial or wholesale customers.
