/nWe're looking for an organised, reliable and proactive Retail Stores Coordinator to join a busy retail precinct on the Sunshine Coast./n

/n

/nThis is a hands-on coordination role where you'll take ownership of stock control, inventory, deliveries and day-to-day stores operations, ensuring products are where they need to be, when they need to be there./n

/n

/nYou'll work closely with outlet managers, retail teams, suppliers and delivery drivers to keep operations running smoothly across multiple outlets./n

/n The Role/n

/n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:/n

/n

/n /n

- Coordinating the receipt, checking and distribution of stock

/n

- Checking deliveries against invoices and delivery dockets

/n

- Monitoring stock levels and ensuring products are available across outlets

/n

- Managing stock rotation, use-by dates and product quality

/n

- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies

/n

- Coordinating timely deliveries across multiple retail outlets

/n

- Communicating stock issues and delays with relevant teams

/n

- Completing temperature checks on incoming deliveries

/n

- Maintaining food safety, cleanliness and compliance standards

/n

- Supporting and guiding storeperson team members

/n

- Training and onboarding new team members

/n

- Helping maintain high standards of accountability and performance

/n

- Supporting retail operations during busy periods when required

/n

- Assisting with register/service duties and accurate cash handling when needed

/n

- Identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve processes

/n





- Reporting hazards and supporting a strong safety culture

/n /n

About You/n

/n

/nWe're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things organised and running efficiently./n

/n

You'll ideally have:/n

/n

/n /n

- Experience in stock control, logistics, warehousing or supply chain

/n

- Experience working within food retail, hospitality, cafés or another fast-paced environment

/n

- Strong organisational and coordination skills

/n

- Excellent attention to detail

/n

- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

/n

- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently

/n

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable

/n

- Experience using inventory or stock management systems

/n

- A strong focus on safety, quality and customer service

/n /n

Essential Requirements/n

- Food Handlers Certificate

/n

- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
