We are seeking an experienced and motivated Village Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential community in the Bunbury and environs.

You will be responsible for coordinating operational activities, supporting residents, leading staff and contractors, and maintaining a welcoming, well-managed environment.

You will be confident managing competing priorities, building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and identifying opportunities to improve the overall resident experience.

Work Schedule: 3-4 days a week

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retirement village.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and staff.
- Oversee maintenance, grounds, cleaning, and contractor services.




- Contribute to budget planning and financial performance.
- Support sales activity to maintain optimal village occupancy (95–100%).
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and reporting requirements.
- Organise resident services, community activities and healthy living programs.
- Welcome and orient new residents to the village community.

Requirements:

- Demonstrated leadership and staff management experience desirable.
- Robust client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage operational budgets.
- Current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in retirement living or similar.
- Knowledge of the Retirement Villages Act (desirable).
- Sales or customer service background
