As a Full Time Assistant Store Manager at Rip Curl Brisbane International Airport, You will: Support the Store Manager to lead the crew and keep the store running robust

Step up and take the lead when needed — setting the tone on the floor

Build a motivated, high-energy team that backs each other

Help create a store people want to be part of — not just shop in

Keep things moving day to day — from people to performance to store operations and standards

Training will commence late November for the new store to open early December

Able to complete ASIC police background checks

Available to work a full time position with a set roster 38 hours per week
