/n /n About the Roles /n As an RN or PCW, you will play an important role in providing safe, high-quality and person-centred care while supporting residents to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life. /n Registered Nurses – Key Responsibilities /n /n
- /n Deliver comprehensive clinical and person-centred nursing care
/n
- /n Administer medications and monitor residents' health and wellbeing
/n
- /n Complete accurate clinical documentation and care plans
/n
- /n Conduct assessments and ongoing clinical reviews
/n
- /n Work collaboratively with GPs, allied health professionals, residents and families
/n
- /n Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies
/n /n Personal Care Workers – Key Responsibilities /n /n
- /n Provide personal care and support to residents with daily living activities
/n
- /n Assist with mobility, nutrition,
hydration and personal hygiene
/n
- /n Support residents' dignity, independence and overall wellbeing
/n
- /n Observe and report changes in residents' health and behaviour
/n
- /n Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
/n
- /n Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team
/n /n About You /n Registered Nurses /n To be successful, you will have: /n /n
- /n Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
/n
- /n Previous experience working in an Australian Residential Aged Care facility (clinical placements are not considered)
/n
- /n Current CPR and First Aid certification
/n
- /n Current National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
/n
- /n NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
/n
- /n Evidence of current COVID-19 vaccination, including booster where required
/n
- /n Current Influenza vaccination
/n
- /n Valid Australian working rights
/n
- /n 100 points of identification
/n /n Personal Care Workers /n To be successful, you will have: /n /n
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Individual Support, Ageing Support, or a relevant equivalent qualification
/n
- /n Previous experience working in Australian Residential Aged Care
/n
- /n Current CPR and First Aid certification
/n
- /n Current National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
/n
- /n NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
/n
- /n Evidence of current COVID-19 vaccination, including booster where required
/n
- /n Current Influenza vaccination

- /n Valid Australian working rights
