What you will be doing:

- Provide practical WHS advice and coaching to leaders at all levels of our organisation

- Maintain a visible field presence through workplace interactions, inspections and safety activities.

- Promote hazard identification, risk assessments and reviews of critical controls.

- Support and lead incident and near-miss investigations, including corrective action follow-up and effectiveness checks.

- Analyse safety data and prepare transparent reports and actionable recommendations for management.

- Contribute to occupational health, psychosocial hazard, injury management and suitable duties initiatives in partnership with relevant stakeholders.

About You:

- You have suitable qualifications but as a minimum a Certificate 4 in Safety or the equivalent work experience in the field

- You are comfortable with leading safety and providing advice to all levels of the organisation.

- You are confident working in a heavy engineering or manufacturing background

- You are ready to make change happen

- You are a team player and operate in accordance with Tully Sugar’s Values and Behaviours





- You are analytical and never stop looking for ways to improve performance of Tully Sugar.

- You are curious and like to learn new things.

- You communicate with empathy, but purposefully.
