As our Allied Health Sales Coordinator, you will be the face of InOne Healthcare, developing trusted relationships with referral partners and connecting more people with the services they need.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop strong, long-term relationships with referral partners interstate.
- Identify and pursue new referral and business opportunities and conduct face-to-face provider meetings, presentations and in-services.
- Re-engage dormant referrers and develop existing relationships.
- Take ownership of our national referrer EDM program across VIC, NSW and QLD.
- Work closely with intake, clinical and operational teams to ensure a smooth referral and onboarding experience.
- Attend networking events, expos, conferences and community events.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales and referral pipeline.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in healthcare liaison, medical sales, business development, account management, or stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare, referral-based services, or allied health sectors.
