This full time, office-based role combines front-of-house duties with handling inbound and digital enquiries, CRM (Simpro) sales administration, invoicing and production coordination, guiding the customer from first enquiry to project handover.
You’ll qualify leads, log information in Simpro, manage invoicing, and coordinate drawings and handovers to production, ensuring accurate records and timely updates
