Key Responsibilities

- Completeallstagesofresidentialcarpentryfromset-outtofinalfit-off
- Constructwall,floorandroofframingtoapprovedplans
- Installdoors,windows,staircases,cabinetryandinternalfinishes
- Interpretarchitecturaldrawingsandspecificationsaccurately
- Maintainexceptionalworkmanshipandattentiontodetail
- EnsureallworkcomplieswithAustralianbuildingstandardsandsafetyrequirements
- Coordinateeffectivelywithsupervisors,subcontractorsandothertrades
- Maintainaclean,organisedandsafeworkenvironment




- Assistindeliveringhigh-qualitycustomresidentialprojectsonschedule
- Contributepositivelytoacollaborativeandprofessionalteamenvironment

Requirements & Eligibility

- CertificateIIIinCarpentryorequivalenttradequalification
- Minimumthreeyearsofpost-tradecarpentryexperience
- Provenexperiencebuildingcustomorarchitecturallydesignedresidentialhomes
- Strongframing,fix-outandfinishingcarpentryskills
- Highstandardofworkmanshipandattentiontodetail
- Abilitytoreadandinterpretconstructiondrawings
- Excellentcommunicationandteamworkskills
- Professional,reliableandorganisedapproachtowork
- Commitmenttoworkplacehealthandsafety
- WillingnesstorelocatetoNewSouthWales
