What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing day-to-day stock purchasing for trade counter, warehouse, and commercial project orders.
- Coordinating project-specific procurement and ensuring timely delivery.
- Managing ongoing cycle counts and participating in the annual stocktake.
- Monitoring stock levels to meet customer demand without excessive overstocking.
- Preparing and maintaining inventory and purchasing reports.
- Analysing inventory performance and identifying discrepancies or risks.
- Liaising with suppliers, warehouse team, and sales staff to maintain smooth stock flow.
- Assisting the team where required, including greeting customers when on the trade counter.
- Ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with Tradelink procedures.
