Our client is a well-established and highly successful business seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team immediately.

This is an initial 2-month temporary assignment with the possibility of extension. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support.

What You Will Be Required To Do

- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Managing order entry and pricing information
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Liaising with warehouse, distribution and purchasing teams
- Preparing and distributing sales reports
- Maintaining customer records and sales data
- Providing day-to-day support to the Sales team
- Resolving customer enquiries and delivery issues
- General administrative support as required

To Be Successful In The Role You Will

- Have previous experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, Internal Sales or Order Processing




- Possess strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Have exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Be confident dealing with customers and internal stakeholders
- Have intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Be highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Have a proactive and professional approach to your work
- Experience working within FMCG, wholesale, manufacturing or distribution environments will be highly regarded
- Experience with D365 is advantageous but not essential
