We’re looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Administrator to become a valued part of our team.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining sales administration, creative property marketing and client care, while working with some of the Sunshine Coast’s most beautiful properties.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is naturally organised, enjoys keeping things running smoothly and takes pride in the little details that make a big difference.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

Previous experience in real estate sales administration.

Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.

A friendly, positive and professional approach.





The ability to manage competing priorities and keep things on track.

Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Experience coordinating property marketing campaigns.

Confidence using real estate CRM systems and digital technology.

An eye for design and presentation, with Canva and social media experience highly regarded.

A proactive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with our team.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is capable, reliable, personable and genuinely enjoys being part of a team.
