About the Role

Bricks Power is looking for enthusiastic, friendly and sales-driven Retail Sales Assistants to join our team at our shopping centre pop-up stores.

We specialise in construction and building block toys, offering a wide range of fun and creative products for customers of all ages.

Key Responsibilities

- Actively engage with customers and promote our products.
- Introduce and demonstrate building block toys, explaining their features and perks.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Convert customer enquiries into successful sales.
- Maintain attractive and organised product displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.

Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing and confident in approaching customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a busy shopping centre environment.
- Previous experience in pop-up shops, kiosks or shopping centre retail sales is highly preferred.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, is an advantage.

Pay: $26.44 – $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 – 38.0 per week
