We are seeking a passionate and polished Sales Assistant to join our Emporium Boutique team on a casual basis.

About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an elevated in-store experience. You will confidently guide clients through their purchase journey, offering thoughtful styling advice while maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a personalised and memorable client experience at every touchpoint
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting repeat and referral business
- Confidently style clients across occasionwear, bridal, and wardrobe pieces
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and boutique KPIs




- Maintain impeccable store presentation in line with Rachel Gilbert standards
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, and daily operations

About You

- Previous experience in a retail environment is essential (luxury or premium preferred)
- A natural ability to connect with clients and build rapport with ease
- Strong communication skills with a polished and professional approach
- A genuine passion for fashion, styling, and client experience
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Impeccable personal presentation aligned with a luxury brand
