About the role The Selfie Hub is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team in Sale, VIC. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic retail setting where you'll help customers find the perfect products to suit their needs. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales whilst representing our brand values with professionalism and warmth.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting customers warmly and providing knowledgeable product assistance to help them make informed purchasing decisions
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Maintaining product displays and ensuring the retail floor is organised, clean and visually appealing
- Restocking shelves and managing inventory levels throughout the store
- Handling customer enquiries and concerns with patience and professionalism, aiming to resolve issues promptly
- Suggesting product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences to maximise sales opportunities
- Supporting the team during busy periods and collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
- Adhering to health, safety and security procedures at all times

What we're looking for

- Previous retail or customer service experience is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for helping customers
- Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to commit to scheduled shifts
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services




- Basic numeracy skills and comfort with handling cash and card transactions
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift items as required
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed
