About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Associate to join our team in Bannockburn VIC 3331. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to build a successful career in residential property sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be at the heart of our business, working directly with clients to facilitate property sales and supporting the wider team in achieving outstanding results.

This role is essential to our growth and success, as you will be instrumental in converting leads into sales and building strong client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Key responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify prospective clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, open homes, and digital marketing
- Conduct property viewings and presentations, showcasing properties to potential buyers and addressing their enquiries
- Prepare and present offers, negotiate terms, and work towards closing sales
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, property details, and transaction progress using agency systems and databases
- Liaise with clients, vendors, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes
- Participate in marketing activities including open homes, property promotions, and advertising campaigns
- Stay informed about local property market trends, comparable sales data, and pricing strategies
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the agency's overall business objectives




- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism at all times

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in residential property sales or a similar customer-facing sales role
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of the local Bannockburn property market or willingness to develop this knowledge quickly
- Proficiency with real estate databases, CRM systems, and Google applications
- Valid driver's licence and reliable access to transport for client viewings
- Professional presentation and appearance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferably, relevant real estate qualifications or agent's license.
