/n We are looking for a curious, personable and commercially minded Sales Consultant who understands the importance of elevated clienteling, enjoys developing product expertise and can deliver an exceptional level of service within a fast-paced boutique environment./n

ABOUT THE ROLE/n

/n

/nThis is a highly client-focused position where relationship building sits at the heart of the role./n

/n

/n You will be responsible for creating personalised experiences for every client, understanding their individual needs and preferences, and developing relationships that extend well beyond the initial transaction./n

/n

/n You will be expected to proactively nurture your client base, follow up meaningfully and identify opportunities to build genuine long-term loyalty and repeat business./n

/n

/n Working within a busy Sydney CBD boutique, you will also need to confidently manage multiple customers and competing priorities while maintaining a calm, polished and qualified approach./n

/n

Your responsibilities will include:/n

- Delivering an elevated, personalised luxury customer experience

/n

- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with high-value clients

/n

- Using sophisticated clienteling and CRM practices to drive repeat business and customer loyalty

/n

- Working towards individual and boutique sales KPIs and commercial targets

/n

- Taking a consultative approach to understand customer needs and provide thoughtful recommendations

/n

- Developing strong product knowledge and confidently communicating product and brand stories

/n

- Managing multiple clients and competing priorities during busy trading periods

- Working collaboratively with the wider boutique team

/n ABOUT YOU/n

/n We are looking for someone who is genuinely curious about their clients, their product and their own development./n

/n You will be a natural relationship builder who understands that luxury retail is about creating trust, remembering the details and giving clients a reason to return./n

/n You will ideally bring:/n

- Previous experience within luxury, premium or high-service retail

/n

- Demonstrated experience with client relationship management

/n

- A proven ability to build, maintain and grow a personal client portfolio

/n

- Strong CRM and client follow-up practices

/n

- A genuine consultative approach to selling

/n

- A track record of achieving sales KPIs and commercial targets

/n

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

/n

- Maintain a polished, calm and professional conduct within a busy retail environment

/n

- A curious and proactive approach to learning new products, systems and processes

- The confidence to ask questions, seek feedback and learn from those around you!
