About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will play an important role in delivering a warm and personalised client experience that reflects the elegance and modern spirit of the Tory Burch brand.

Your responsibilities will include

- Delivering exceptional client service and developing long-term customer relationships
- Achieving individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to overall performance
- Developing strong product knowledge and confidently presenting the brand’s collections




- Supporting visual merchandising standards to maintain a polished and inviting boutique environment
- Assisting with stock replenishment, inventory accuracy and general boutique operations
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive and collaborative team culture
