The Role:

- Work closely alongside a leading sales agent and Director
- Conduct open homes, private inspections and buyer appointments
- Prospect for new business and identify listing opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors and investors
- Assist with negotiations and the sales process from start to finish
- Manage buyer enquiries, follow-ups and database activities




- Liaise with local and overseas purchasers, including international investors
- Support sales campaigns, appraisals and listing presentations

The Ideal Candidate:

- Previous experience in real estate sales is essential
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese would be a distinct advantage, given the agency's robust relationships with overseas buyers and investors
- Certificate of Registration
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Driven, enthusiastic and motivated to succeed in sales
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach to prospecting and building client relationships
- Eager to learn from a top-performing agent and develop a long-term sales career
