Sales Consultant – Help Customers Create Smarter Living Spaces

Full-Time | Wetherill Park| Work on Saturdays

$60k - $80k Base (depending on experience) Uncapped Commission OTE $300K

We’re growing our team in the granny flat and expandable building space and are looking for a sales consultant who thrives on building relationships, not just closing deals. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and a steady flow of enquiries-so you can focus on delivering a great customer experience.

About the role

You’ll work closely with customers from their first enquiry through to purchase, helping them feel confident and informed every step of the way.

- Respond to customer enquiries (phone, online, and in person)

- Welcome clients into the showroom and guide them through display homes

- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions





- Prepare quotes and support customers in making informed decisions

- Maintain consistent follow-up and manage your pipeline

- Collaborate with design, approvals and delivery teams

- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date

About you

- Experienced in sales; you thrive in a fast paced environment

- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people

- Organised and able to manage multiple customers at different stages

- Comfortable using systems and digital tools

- Available to work Saturdays

You don’t need to come from the granny flat or construction industry; we value transferable skills and will provide support to get you up to speed.
