We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join our team at the La-Z-Boy retail store in Crossroads Casula, NSW Opening soon. As a Full time working 5 days Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales of our premium furniture products. The role is 5days- including weekend work.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers through the sales process
- Demonstrate and showcase our furniture products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits
- Actively listen to customer needs and preferences to recommend the most suitable solutions
- Process sales transactions and ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, well-organised and visually appealing retail environment
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and store objectives
- Participate in ongoing product and sales training to enhance your expertise
About you
- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role,
preferably in the furniture or home furnishings industry
- Minimum of 2 years' retail or sales experience is required for this position
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with customers
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work part-time hours, including weekends
- Demonstrated sales skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
