Visit www.lincolnplace.com.au for more information. /n /n About the Opportunity /n The Sales Representative is responsible for delivering sales and settlement targets by devising and driving sales initiatives, recommending and managing pricing, and providing expert guidance on home designs. This full-time role sits within the Sales division and reports to the EGM of Sales. /n /n What you will do /n /n

- Provide customer service excellence to our future and current customers

/n

- Have a deep level of knowledge of product, inclusions, loan lease living, contracts and sales processes

/n

- Maintain Salesforce data entry and accuracy for all customer interactions, sales activities, forms and processes

/n

- Manage leads by meeting business expectations around lead contacts, data collection, lead follow up and appointment management

/n

- Manage contracts by ensuring all information is correct, customers understand the contract process, and Salesforce is kept up to date on customers’ ability to settle

/n

- Manage settlements by ensuring customers are prepared, the contracts team has accurate information, and handover to the community team is seamless

/n

- Maintain strong relationships with development, construction and community management teams to build a strong team culture and support information sharing on customer timeframes and issues

/n

- Maintain positive relationships with local area agents and key community groups to seek opportunities for engagement, referrals and promotions

/n





- Follow all sales processes and provide feedback to the EGM of Sales on improvements

/n

- Recommend, attend and host sales events and be a positive ambassador for the project and your customers

/n

- Provide expert advice and guidance back to the business on home designs, inclusion levels and product demand

/n

- Maintain the display suite to the highest standard of presentation and ensure information displayed or provided is accurate

- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

/n

- Confidence in making outbound calls and managing inbound inquiries

/n

- A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

/n

- Experience in sales, especially within residential, real estate, retirement or off-the-plan sectors

/n

- A genuine passion for customer service and delivering a memorable client experience

/n

- Resilience and confidence to handle challenging conversations with empathy

/n

- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask under pressure

/n

- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly regarded

/n

- Patience, professionalism and compassion when working with customers

/n

- Degree qualifications in Business, Marketing or Sales are highly regarded but not essential
