Living Gems are on the hunt for a positive and confident individual to join our team at Harris Crossing as a Sales Consultant.

You’ll be the go-to person and trusted advisor for our over-50s clients, helping them discover their dream lifestyle where every day feels like a luxury holiday. High spec homes and 5-star community facilities, nestled within a secure and gated community – the product almost sells itself!

A day in the life might look like...

- Reviewing your prequalified pipeline - focus your energy on warm and hot leads
- Guiding future homeowners through their journey with understanding and confidence
- Updating the CRM and staying ahead of the game - no detail slips past you
- Building relationships with the construction crew so you can update your contract holders
- Managing contracts, tracking variations, and keeping the backend tidy
- Able to share the workload on Saturdays (and having Monday off of course!)

You’re Someone Who...

- Reads the room and isn’t afraid to confidently push a little further when the time is right
- Is self-motivated, outgoing and confident talking to people on the phone and face-to-face
- Isn’t afraid of a little rejection (we’ve all been there!)
- Enjoys the challenge of connecting with new customers
- Is across the detail but doesn’t get bogged down by it
- Comfortable talking with tradies and clients
- Is comfortable to provide feedback to head office – what’s working, what’s not,
