About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our team at Louie's Security in Willetton, WA. This is a full-time position offering an exciting prospect to be at the forefront of the security door and window industry. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, measure on site doors and windows with customer ,developing client relationships, and promoting our range of security solutions.

This position is essential to our continued expansion and success in the competitive security market.

Key responsibilities

- Measuring doors and windows
- Present and demonstrate security products and services to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and tailoring solutions to meet specific needs
- Prepare and deliver skilled quotations and proposals to interested clients in a timely manner
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to understand client security requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Negotiate terms, pricing and contracts with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services
- Collaborate with the installation and support teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings and product developments to maintain competitive advantage





What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales role within the security industry or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a competitive spirit and desire to succeed
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the Willetton area and surrounding regions
- Strong knowledge of security systems, products and industry best practices
- knowledge of all security door locks repair , precise measurement of security doors
- Ability to work independently whilst remaining collaborative with team members
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to client needs and overcome objections
- Professional presentation and grooming standards
