Night shifts run 21:30–06:45, with hands-on clinical care for residents and leadership of junior staff, including Support Workers to develop their skills and ensure quality care. Visa sponsorship is NOT available. The role offers a penalty-driven hourly rate of $51.26–$53.84, gross, plus salary packaging options.
