Our continued growth has created an exciting opportunity for a Fire Alarm Technical Support Programmer who will help the technical team and assist with the growth of our business. We are looking for an outstanding individual that meets and exceeds our expectations.

A generous salary package including superannuation, car allowance, Fuel and Mobile will be offered based on experience and credentials. We are located only 500m from Norwest Metro Station for those requiring public transport .

Technical Field Support / Phone Support (Fire Alarms), (EWIS), (VESDA).





In house Programing (Fire Alarms).

Data Entry (Fire Alarms).

Fire Alarm Graphics System design and support.

Skills & Experience:

Solid interest and knowledge of computers.

High level of accuracy in processing of data entry.

Knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to take direction.

Willingness to learn and ability to work unsupervised.

A clear and polite telephone manner.

A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access and AUTOCAD would be advantageous.
