HammondCare invites applications for a Workshop Facilitator with Dementia Support Australia to deliver evidence-based training across Australia, building confidence and capacity among acute, residential and community aged care professionals. You will design, implement and evaluate educational programs, driving practical strategies for person-centred dementia care and relationship-based care.

The role is a fixed-term contract until June 2028 based at the Parramatta office, with travel nationally.
